Berkeley House Bed and Breakfast in Lewes, East Sussex in the heart of the South Downs National Park Under the same ownership since opening in 1988, Berkeley House is a late Georgian Townhouse (c. 1820), with three guest bedrooms, each individually furnished and decorated. All rooms have an en-suite shower room and W.C., tea and coffee trays and flat-screen TV with integral DVD player and iPod dock.

A full-menu breakfast is included in our room rates, and an intimate sitting room is available for relaxation. Berkeley House also has a roof terrace with views over the town of Lewes to the South Downs.

Wi-Fi internet connection is provided free for our bed and breakfast guests.

Smoking is permitted outside on the roof terrace but nowhere else in the building.

Our aim is to provide a high level of service in a restful setting, and we are proud to have been selected for inclusion by The Good Hotel Guide every year since 1996. We are in the 2012 Good Hotel Guide and were chosen by the Guardian newspaper as one of the 10 best B&Bs in Britain.
